TN Livin' was forged out of an abundant need for short-term real estate rentals, vacation rentals, & corporate housing needs in the East Tennessee area. We pride ourselves on offering affordable options of excellent quality! Our properties are great for family vacations, corporate housing needs, short getaways, and a simple change of pace.
We seek to provide the best possible experience for all of our guests visiting the East Tennessee area. There is nothing more reassuring and calming than finding a place that feels like a second home on your travels, and we've gone out of our way to ensure this is the case during EVERY visit! Neslte into the mountains for a relaxing stay with georgroues views, or visit the nearest town for loads of adventure and fun. Take a hike, watch the wildlife, gaze upon a beutiful waterfall... we offer once in a lifetime experiences!
More recently, we've expanded into a brokerage oferring Mid-Term Rentals and Long-Term Rentals, all in an effort to meet our clients' evolving needs. We've also opened the consulting side of the busienss, teaching others how to excel in the rental market. He was a Director Of Operations with a demonstrated 7 year history of working in the Medical Information Technology Industry before working in real estate. As a small business owner, Nathan brings 5 years of experience in the vacation rentals business, excellent customer service, and a commitment to work hard, listening, and following through. He provides quality service to build relationships with clients, and more importantly, maintains those relationships by communicating effectively.
