What's the difference?

Rental Types

Tenants are often unfamiliar with rental industry vernacular, which can cause confusion during the leasing and booking process. Never fear! We're here to inform and guide you every step of the way!

Short-Term Rentals &

Mid-Term Rentals

Short-Term Rentals (aka Vacation Rentals) are reservations that are less then 28 calendar days. We accept those reservations here on our website via direct bookings, Airbnb, VRBO, and most major booking channels.  Mid-term rentals are between 28 days and 90 days, and they require a slightly different rental agreement.

Long-Term Rental Solutions

Long-Term rentals are secured with a standard leasing agreement, and they are more than 90-days. Typically, leases last 12-months but we're here to help you explore the options find the perfect lease and home for your rental needs.
